Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of Wendrip's corporate fleet rental services. Please read them carefully before entering into a service arrangement with us.
01 Definitions
In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:
- "Agreement"
- These Terms & Conditions together with any applicable service order or corporate account documentation signed by the Client.
- "Company", "We", "Us", "Our"
- Wendrip, a corporate fleet rental operator registered and operating from 23 Jalan Sultan Idris Shah, 30000 Ipoh, Perak, Malaysia.
- "Client", "You", "Your"
- The corporate entity or authorised representative who enters into a fleet arrangement with Wendrip.
- "Service"
- The corporate vehicle rental plans offered by Wendrip, including the Single-Vehicle Corporate Plan, Five-Vehicle Fleet Plan, and Twenty-Vehicle Enterprise Plan.
- "Vehicle(s)"
- The sedan-class or other approved vehicles made available under the applicable service plan.
- "Named Driver"
- An individual whose name is registered on the Client's account and authorised to operate a Vehicle under the arrangement.
- "Content"
- Any material, data, or information submitted to Wendrip by the Client in connection with the Service, including driver details, usage reports, and correspondence.
02 Acceptance of Terms
By submitting an enquiry, signing a service order, or commencing use of Wendrip's fleet services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
These Terms apply to all corporate clients, authorised users, and any person who accesses the Wendrip website at wendripx.cyou or communicates with us regarding fleet services.
To enter into a service arrangement with Wendrip, the Client must be a registered business or duly constituted organisation operating in Malaysia. The individual accepting these terms on behalf of the Client confirms they have authority to bind the organisation.

03 Service Description
Wendrip provides structured corporate fleet rental plans to organisations operating in Malaysia. Our services are designed to support business mobility requirements through organised, account-managed vehicle arrangements.
Our current plan offerings are:

Single-Vehicle Corporate Plan — One sedan-class vehicle on a monthly arrangement with named driver registration, monthly invoicing, and routine servicing coordination. Priced at RM 580 per month.

Five-Vehicle Fleet Plan — Five vehicles with consolidated invoicing, monthly usage reports, and a dedicated account contact. Priced at RM 2,300 per month.

Twenty-Vehicle Enterprise Plan — Twenty vehicles for distributed teams, with a dedicated coordinator, replacement dispatch, per-driver mileage reports, and monthly fleet review meetings. Priced at RM 4,700 per month.
Service availability is subject to vehicle inventory, operational capacity, and geographic coverage. Wendrip reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service offering with reasonable notice to affected clients.
All services are currently offered within Malaysia. Geographic limitations may apply to specific locations, and Wendrip will communicate any coverage constraints during the account onboarding process.
04 Corporate Accounts
Clients wishing to access Wendrip's fleet services will be required to register a corporate account and provide documentation as reasonably requested, which may include business registration details, authorised signatory information, and driver licences for all Named Drivers.
Account Security. The Client is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials and for all activity conducted under the account. Any unauthorised access or suspected security breach should be reported to us promptly.
Driver Registration. Only Named Drivers registered on the Client's account are authorised to operate Wendrip vehicles. The Client is responsible for ensuring driver information remains accurate and up to date. Wendrip should be notified of driver changes within a reasonable timeframe.
Account Suspension. Wendrip may suspend or close an account where there is evidence of material breach of these Terms, unpaid invoices, or misuse of the Service. We will endeavour to notify the Client before taking such action where circumstances allow.
05 User Responsibilities
By using the Service, the Client agrees to comply with the following requirements:
5.1 Acceptable Use
- Use vehicles solely for lawful business purposes as stated during account registration.
- Ensure only registered Named Drivers operate the vehicles.
- Maintain valid driving licences for all Named Drivers.
- Report any vehicle damage, accidents, or mechanical concerns promptly through the account contact channel.
- Cooperate with scheduled servicing or vehicle inspection appointments.
5.2 Prohibited Activities
- Sub-letting or lending vehicles to individuals who are not Named Drivers on the account.
- Using vehicles outside Malaysia without prior written approval from Wendrip.
- Modifying, attaching equipment to, or altering vehicles without written consent.
- Operating vehicles in a manner inconsistent with Malaysian traffic laws and road safety regulations.
- Using vehicles for racing, testing, or any off-road activity.
- Transporting hazardous materials or engaging in unlawful activities using the vehicles.
5.3 Accuracy of Information
The Client is responsible for providing accurate and complete information during registration and throughout the service period. Any changes to business registration, authorised contacts, or driver information should be communicated to Wendrip without unreasonable delay.
06 Intellectual Property
All content on the Wendrip website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, vehicle imagery, service descriptions, and documentation templates, is the property of Wendrip or its content suppliers and is protected under applicable Malaysian intellectual property laws.
Limited Licence. Wendrip grants the Client a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use materials provided through the Service solely for the purpose of managing the corporate fleet arrangement. This licence does not extend to reproduction, redistribution, or commercial use of Wendrip's proprietary materials.
Client Content. By submitting documentation, feedback, or other materials to Wendrip, the Client grants Wendrip a limited licence to use such materials as necessary to provide and improve the Service. Wendrip will handle Client information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
The Wendrip name, logo, and associated identifiers are proprietary to the Company. Their use without written permission is not permitted.
07 Payment Terms
All fees for Wendrip's fleet plans are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) and are invoiced on a monthly basis unless otherwise agreed in writing.
7.1 Current Plan Pricing

7.2 Invoicing and Payment
Invoices are issued monthly and are payable within the terms stated on each invoice. Accepted payment methods will be confirmed during account setup. Late payment may result in service suspension after reasonable notice.
7.3 Price Adjustments
Wendrip reserves the right to review and adjust pricing periodically. Clients will be notified of any price changes at least 30 days before the change takes effect. Continued use of the Service following notification constitutes acceptance of the revised pricing.
7.4 Disputes and Adjustments
If the Client believes an invoice contains an error, they should notify Wendrip in writing within 14 days of the invoice date. Wendrip will review and respond within a reasonable timeframe.
08 Fleet Service Terms
8.1 Vehicle Delivery and Return
Details regarding vehicle handover, collection locations, and return procedures will be agreed during the onboarding process. The Client is responsible for ensuring vehicles are returned in reasonable condition, accounting for ordinary use.
8.2 Servicing and Maintenance
Wendrip manages routine servicing for all fleet vehicles. Clients are expected to cooperate with scheduled maintenance appointments. Costs arising from damage beyond ordinary wear and tear may be charged to the Client's account following assessment.
8.3 Replacement Vehicles
For the Twenty-Vehicle Enterprise Plan, replacement vehicle dispatch is included. For other plans, replacement arrangements may be discussed on a case-by-case basis. Wendrip will make reasonable efforts to minimise service disruption.
8.4 Usage Reports
Monthly usage and mileage reports are provided under the Five-Vehicle Fleet Plan and Twenty-Vehicle Enterprise Plan. Report formats and delivery schedules will be confirmed during account setup.
8.5 Account Management
A dedicated account contact is assigned under each plan tier. The Enterprise Plan includes a dedicated coordinator and monthly fleet review meetings. Contact details and meeting schedules will be agreed with each client at account commencement.
8.6 Scope Changes
Requests to change the number of vehicles, add driver registrations, or modify plan terms should be made in writing. Changes are subject to availability and will be reflected in subsequent invoicing.
09 Disclaimers
Wendrip provides its services on a good-faith, commercially reasonable basis. However, the following qualifications apply:
- Wendrip does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or entirely free of unforeseen operational constraints.
- Vehicle availability is subject to inventory and operational factors. While we aim to maintain consistent service, substitutions may occasionally be necessary.
- Wendrip does not provide legal, tax, or financial advice. Clients are encouraged to seek independent professional guidance regarding fleet-related business decisions.
- Information provided on our website is for general reference only and may be subject to change without notice.
10 Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Malaysian law, Wendrip's total liability to the Client in respect of any claim arising out of or in connection with the Service shall not exceed the total fees paid by the Client in the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Wendrip shall not be liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including loss of business opportunity or data.
- Losses arising from the Client's own breach of these Terms or misuse of the Service.
- Events beyond our reasonable control, including natural events, infrastructure disruptions, or government-imposed restrictions (force majeure).
- Third-party actions or failures that affect the delivery of services.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other matter where limitation of liability is prohibited by law.
11 Indemnification
The Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Wendrip, its staff, and its representatives from and against any claims, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal costs) arising from:
- The Client's breach of these Terms & Conditions.
- Misuse of vehicles by Named Drivers or other persons authorised by the Client.
- Traffic infringements, fines, or penalties incurred during the arrangement period.
- Provision of inaccurate or misleading information during account registration or operation.
12 Termination
12.1 Termination by Client
The Client may terminate a fleet arrangement by providing written notice in accordance with the notice period specified in the relevant service order. Notice periods and any applicable conditions will be confirmed at the point of engagement.
12.2 Termination by Wendrip
Wendrip may terminate a service arrangement with reasonable written notice. Immediate termination may apply in cases of material breach, non-payment after notice, or conduct that puts the safety of vehicles or personnel at risk.
12.3 Effects of Termination
Upon termination, all vehicles must be returned as agreed. Outstanding invoices remain payable. Provisions relating to liability, indemnification, and dispute resolution survive the termination of this Agreement.
13 Dispute Resolution
13.1 Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any references to applicable consumer protection or commercial law include the relevant Malaysian statutes in force from time to time.
13.2 Jurisdiction
The parties agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia, with disputes primarily referred to courts with jurisdiction over Perak where appropriate.
13.3 Informal Resolution
Before commencing formal proceedings, both parties agree to make good-faith efforts to resolve disputes informally. The Client should first contact Wendrip at [email protected] describing the concern. Wendrip will respond within a reasonable timeframe to discuss a resolution.
13.4 Mediation
If informal resolution is unsuccessful, the parties may agree to refer the dispute to a mutually acceptable mediator before initiating formal legal proceedings.
14 General Provisions
Entire Agreement. These Terms, together with any applicable service order, constitute the entire agreement between the parties regarding the Service and supersede all prior representations or understandings.
Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
Waiver. Wendrip's failure to enforce any provision of these Terms on any occasion shall not be construed as a waiver of that provision or any other provision.
Assignment. The Client may not transfer or assign their rights or obligations under this Agreement without the prior written consent of Wendrip. Wendrip may assign its rights to a successor entity in connection with a business transfer.
Notices. Formal notices under this Agreement should be sent in writing to the contact details provided during account registration or to [email protected].
15 Changes to These Terms
Wendrip may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in our services, operational practices, or applicable law. We will communicate material changes by posting an updated version on our website and, where appropriate, notifying active clients directly.
Changes take effect on the date stated at the top of the revised document. Continued use of the Service following the effective date of changes indicates acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept a change, please contact us to discuss your options before the effective date.
