A Practical Approach to
Corporate Fleet Rental

Wendrip was set up to remove the friction that companies in Malaysia typically face when managing vehicles for their teams — from inconsistent billing to unclear maintenance responsibility.

Our Story

How Wendrip Came to Be

Wendrip began with a straightforward observation: corporate transport in Malaysia was fragmented. Finance teams at growing companies dealt with multiple rental vendors, inconsistent paperwork, and no single person to call when a vehicle needed attention. That friction added up — in time spent, in accounting errors, and in driver downtime.

We set up Wendrip in Ipoh to address this directly. Our model centres on clarity: one invoice per month, one account contact, and a consistent process from vehicle handover through to servicing. Whether a company needs one sedan or twenty vehicles, the arrangement should feel structured and straightforward from day one.

Today, Wendrip supports businesses across Perak with monthly vehicle rental plans suited to corporate billing requirements. We focus entirely on the B2B segment, which means our processes — from documentation to driver registration — are designed with operations and finance teams in mind.

Our Mission

To give Malaysian businesses a reliable, well-organised vehicle rental option that reduces administrative overhead and keeps teams moving without logistical interruption.

Our Approach

We keep communication direct, documentation clear, and processes consistent. Our clients deal with a known contact, not a ticketing system, and every agreement is reviewed before it begins.

Where We Operate

Wendrip is based at 23 Jalan Sultan Idris Shah, Ipoh, Perak. Our primary coverage area is Ipoh and the wider Perak region, serving companies with local operations and field-based teams.

Standards

Our Operational Standards

We apply consistent practices to every fleet arrangement — from vehicle readiness through to how we handle your company's data.

Vehicle Readiness Checks

Each vehicle undergoes a documented readiness check before handover — covering roadworthiness, valid JPJ registration, and road tax status.

Clear Rental Agreements

All arrangements begin with a written agreement reviewed by both parties. Terms covering usage, servicing, and billing are set out before the arrangement starts.

Data Handling Protocols

Driver registration data and company information is held securely and used only for fleet administration purposes. We do not share client data with third parties outside the scope of the arrangement.

Insurance Compliance

All fleet vehicles carry valid comprehensive commercial vehicle insurance. Coverage details are provided as part of the documentation given to your company at handover.

Scheduled Maintenance Tracking

We track service intervals for every vehicle in a fleet arrangement and coordinate workshop visits proactively, so mileage and condition are maintained throughout the contract period.

SSM Registered Business

Wendrip operates as a registered business under the Suruhanjaya Syarikat Malaysia (SSM). A valid registration certificate is available upon request for your company's procurement records.

Corporate Fleet Rental Malaysia

Structured Fleet Arrangements for Malaysian Businesses

Corporate vehicle management is an area where clear process matters more than most. When a company relies on a pool of vehicles for its sales representatives, field engineers, or operations staff, gaps in documentation or billing inconsistencies have a way of surfacing at inconvenient moments — during an audit, at the end of a financial quarter, or when an employee needs a replacement vehicle at short notice.

Wendrip was structured to prevent those gaps from occurring. By keeping fleet arrangements within a defined framework — named drivers, monthly invoices, documented servicing — we give company administrators and finance personnel the consistency they need to manage transport costs without dedicating disproportionate internal time to it.

Our corporate plans scale from a single sedan for a small team to a twenty-vehicle enterprise arrangement for organisations with distributed operational requirements. Each plan is set up at the start of the arrangement, documented clearly, and reviewed monthly through usage reporting. For enterprise clients, a dedicated fleet coordinator serves as the primary contact across all fleet matters, including vehicle replacement and driver policy changes.

Wendrip is based in Ipoh, Perak, and currently serves companies with operations in the northern region of Peninsular Malaysia. We work with procurement managers, HR administrators, and operations leaders who need a transport partner that behaves predictably and communicates clearly throughout the arrangement.
