How a Wendrip Arrangement Works
Enquiry & Requirements
You contact Wendrip with your fleet requirements — number of vehicles, team size, and intended usage. We confirm plan fit and discuss any specific documentation your procurement team needs.
Agreement & Onboarding
A rental agreement is prepared and reviewed by both parties. Driver registration forms are submitted, and your account contact is confirmed before any vehicle is prepared for handover.
Vehicle Handover
Vehicles undergo a readiness check and are handed over with documentation — road tax, insurance, and a vehicle condition record. Your drivers receive a briefing on the arrangement terms.
Ongoing Management
Monthly invoices are issued, servicing is coordinated proactively, and your account contact is available for driver changes, billing queries, and fleet updates throughout the arrangement.
Single-Vehicle Corporate Plan
A single sedan-class vehicle on a monthly corporate arrangement. This plan is suited to companies with one designated driver — a director, field officer, or account manager — who needs a vehicle under a corporate arrangement rather than a personal lease. Includes monthly invoicing, named driver registration under company policy, and routine servicing managed by Wendrip.

Written Rental Agreement
Every arrangement begins with a signed agreement reviewed by both parties before the first vehicle is prepared.
Comprehensive Insurance
All fleet vehicles carry valid commercial comprehensive insurance. Documentation is provided at handover.
Roadworthiness Check
Each vehicle is checked for roadworthiness, valid JPJ registration, and current road tax before handover.
Data Confidentiality
Driver and company information is handled under our data protection policy and not shared outside the scope of the arrangement.
SSM-Registered Business
Wendrip is registered with Suruhanjaya Syarikat Malaysia. Registration documents are available for your procurement records.
Itemised Monthly Billing
Each invoice is itemised by vehicle so your finance team can allocate costs accurately without additional manual reconciliation.
