What is included in the monthly rental arrangement?
Each plan includes the vehicle itself, routine servicing coordination, named driver registration under your company policy, and a monthly invoice. Fleet and enterprise plans also include usage reports and a dedicated account contact. Fuel, tolls, and parking are managed separately by your company.
How does the invoicing process work?
An invoice is issued at the start of each monthly cycle. For the Five-Vehicle and Twenty-Vehicle plans, all vehicles are consolidated into one invoice, which simplifies reconciliation for your finance team. Payment terms and format can be discussed during the enquiry process.
Can we add or change drivers during the arrangement?
Yes. Driver updates can be requested through your account contact. New drivers are registered under your company's named driver policy, and documentation is updated accordingly. We ask that changes are submitted with reasonable notice to allow for processing.
What happens if a vehicle needs workshop time?
Routine servicing is scheduled with minimal disruption to your team. For the Twenty-Vehicle Enterprise Plan, a replacement vehicle is dispatched when a unit requires extended workshop attendance. For single and five-vehicle plans, our team coordinates the servicing schedule around your team's availability where possible.
What is the minimum contract period?
Arrangements are structured on a monthly basis and typically start from a three-month minimum term. Specific terms are confirmed during the enquiry stage and set out in the rental agreement before the arrangement begins.
Is Wendrip able to serve companies based outside Ipoh?
Our primary service area covers Ipoh and the wider Perak region. Companies with offices or operations in this area are welcome to reach out. If your team is based further afield, contact us to discuss whether we can accommodate your requirements.
How do we get started with a fleet arrangement?
Submit an enquiry through our contact form or call us directly. We will discuss your team's requirements, agree on a suitable plan, and send over a rental agreement for review. Vehicles are prepared and ready for handover once the agreement is signed and the initial payment is confirmed.
